Um die berufliche Integration von Schutzsuchenden in den Hamburger Arbeitsmarkt voranzutreiben, veranstaltet die Handelskammer Hamburg auch in diesem Jahr wieder den „Marktplatz der Begegnungen“. Für das rund vierstündige Event stehen die Räumlichkeiten der Handelskammer am kommenden Montag, 20. März 2023 von 09.00 bis 13.00 Uhr, offen.
Das Team von Quint Qualifizierung und Integration wird mit einem eigenen Stand vor Ort auftreten und zu seinen vielfältigen Angeboten Rede und Antwort stehen. Menschen mit Einwanderungshintergrund, die im Hamburger Wirtschaftswesen eine qualifizierte Tätigkeit aufnehmen wollen, unterstützt das ESF-Projekt im Rahmen seines Teilprojektes „Bridge makers“. Das Programm fächert sich auf mehrere Formate auf, die jeweils an verschiedene Bedürfnisse bei der beruflichen Integration zugeschnitten sind. Neben dem Kommunikationstraining bietet Quint auch diverse Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen in Form von Workshops an. Umfassende Unterstützung bei der Jobsuche und individuelle Beratungsgespräche sind eine sinnvolle Ergänzung und komplettieren das Maßnahmenpaket.
Neben Quint werden sich auch die Kolleg:innen von Grone Hamburg sowie zahlreiche andere Unternehmen aus verschiedenen Branchen vorstellen. Der „Marktplatz der Begegnungen“ bietet Jobsuchenden nach Abschluss eines Integrationskurses die Gelegenheit, potentielle Arbeitgeber:innen kennenzulernen und sich einen Überblick über die Qualifizierungs- und Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten auf dem Hamburger Arbeitsmarkt zu verschaffen.
