Je nach Deutschniveau, Vollständigkeit der Unterlagen, Bewertung oder Anerkennung der Abschlüsse sind die Herausforderungen ganz unterschiedlich und oft heißt es: Wie geht es jetzt weiter? Wo kann ich mein Deutsch verbessern? Was sind die kürzesten Wege in eine Arbeit? Welcher Job in Hamburg passt zu meinen Qualifikationen? Benötige ich eine Fortbildung? Wenn ja, welche Möglichkeiten gibt es? Wer hilft mir bei alldem? Mit dem Café für Ukrainer*innen möchte das Team von Grone Hamburg allen Interessierten Antworten auf diese Fragen liefern und über passende Angebote informieren.
Die Veranstaltung ist zweigeteilt. Am 14. Mai werden Maßnahmen rund um Umschulungen, Weiterbildungen und Arbeitsmöglichkeiten vorgestellt. Deutschkenntnisse auf B1-/B2-Niveau sind für diese Angebote erforderlich. Beim zweiten Termin am 16. Mai liegt der Fokus auf Sprachqualifizierungen und sonstige Unterstützung bei der Arbeitsmarktintegration. Voraussetzung hierfür sind Deutschkenntnisse auf A2-Niveau. Wir dürfen uns ebenfalls zu den glücklichen Akteuren zählen! Im zweiten Teil werden wir unsere Angebote rund um den Einstieg in den Arbeitsmarkt für Menschen mit Flucht- und/oder Migrationshintergrund vorstellen.
Geplant sind kurze Vorträge inklusive Übersetzungshilfen zu den einzelnen Projekten. Ausführliche Gespräche können in den jeweiligen Beratungsecken der Akteure geführt werden. Für das leibliche Wohl ist auch gesorgt: Vor Ort werden ukrainisches Fingerfood, Snacks und Getränke gereicht. Ein spezielles Programm für Kinder ist ebenfalls geplant.
