Am 23. März 2023 sorgte der „Markt der Chancen“ für viel Trubel im Begegnungshaus Elfsaal. Bei der Bildungsmesse dreht sich alles um die Unterstützung Jugendlicher und Erwachsener mit Einwanderungs-/Fluchthintergrund bei der beruflichen Integration. Bereits zum zweiten Mal hat sich Quint im Rahmen der Eventreihe präsentiert. Vor Ort gewährte das Team einen ausführlichen Einblick in die Angebote und Möglichkeiten des Teilprojektes Bridge makers.
Breites Publikum und kontrastreiche Ausgangssituationen
Ergänzend zu den vielfältigen Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen von Grone Hamburg hat Quint detailliert über die Teilnahmebedingungen, Angebote und den Ablauf im Teilprojekt Bridge makers informiert. Zuwander:innen mit einem wirtschaftsbezogenen Qualifikationsprofil, die im Hamburger Wirtschaftswesen eine qualifizierte Beschäftigung aufnehmen wollen, unterstützt Quint unter anderem mit Kommunikationstraining, diversen Workshops rund um die Arbeitswelt 4.0, Coaching und Begleitung bei der Jobsuche sowie individuelle Beratungsgespräche. Für ein angenehmes und abwechslungsreiches Ambiente wurde gesorgt: Beim Glücksrad konnten die Standbesucher:innen kleine Gewinne abräumen. Süße Snacks stillten den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch.
„In Anbetracht der unterschiedlichen Ausgangsbedingungen haben wir sehr vielseitige Gespräche geführt“, stellt Daniela Schelhase vom Quint-Team fest und erklärt weiter: „Die jeweilige Situation bzw. die Startbedingungen der Messebesucher:innen sind sehr kontrastreich. Das bezieht sich nicht nur auf die unterschiedlichen Sprachniveaus. Zum Beispiel wurden unzählige Hochschul- und Berufsabschlüsse aus dem Herkunftsland noch nicht anerkannt oder Viele können sich diese Qualifikationen nicht anerkennen lassen. Hinzu kommt, dass die beruflichen Qualifikationen oftmals frei nach dem Motto „learning by doing“ erworben aber nicht im Rahmen einer betrieblichen Berufsausbildung, wie in Deutschland üblich, gesammelt wurden.“ Dennoch zieht sie folgendes Fazit: „Es freut mich, dass zahlreiche Besucher:innen die Gelegenheit genutzt haben, um sich aus erster Hand zu informieren und ihre Möglichkeiten auszuloten.“
Für bessere Chancen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt
Erst im letzten Jahr haben sechs Bildungsträger (darunter Grone Hamburg, Fits Job Konzepte, b+b Beschäftigung und Bildung, passage, Heinze Akademie, BI Beruf und Integration) die Veranstaltungsreihe aus der Taufe gehoben. Die Idee: Jugendliche und Erwachsene mit Einwanderungs- und/oder Fluchthintergrund auf der Suche nach einer beruflichen Perspektive unterstützen, damit sich die Chancen auf eine erfolgreiche Arbeitsmarktintegration erhöhen. Hierfür präsentieren die Veranstalter ein breites Spektrum an Angeboten inklusive Sprachkurse, Schulabschlüsse, Ausbildungs-, Umschulungs oder sonstigen Qualifizierungsmöglichkeiten, Berufsorientierung und Einzelcoaching. Nachdem die Eventreihe gut angelaufen ist, wird es auch einen nächsten „Markt der Chancen“ geben (noch nicht terminiert). Quint freut sich darauf!
