Die 31. Job- und Weiterbildungsmesse von JOBWOCHE hat am 19. April 2023 unzählige (Young) Professionals, wechselwillige Berufstätige, Weiterbildungsinteressierte, Umschüler oder Arbeitssuchende in die Barclays Arena gelockt. Denn unter dem Motto „Casting für den Traumjob“ standen neben Stellenangeboten aktuelle Möglichkeiten rund um Aus- und Weiterbildung im Zentrum des 31. Hamburger Karrieretags. Nach 5 erfolgreichen Messen innerhalb kurzer Zeit geht mit dem Job- und Weiterbildungsevent ein richtiger Veranstaltungsmarathon für Quint zu Ende.
Das Publikum kam nicht immer mit klaren Vorstellungen an den Messestand. Ob es die nagende Gewissheit ist, dass das Herz für eine andere Profession doch höherschlägt oder die Gesundheit den Wechsel in eine weniger körperlich anstrengende Tätigkeit erfordert – die Gesprächsinhalte waren sehr vielfältig. Deutlich wurde das Interesse an dem ressourcen- und potenzialorientierten Gruppencoaching. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt lag auf dem Teilprojekt Bridge makers, da sich viele Studierte mit Einwanderungshintergrund nach ihren Möglichkeiten erkundigt haben. „Wir konnten allen Besucher*innen einen guten Überblick über ihre Möglichkeiten und den Nutzen bei Quint geben. Nicht Wenige haben sich direkt im Gespräch für eines der beiden Teilprojekte angemeldet“, resümiert die PR-Verantwortliche Daniela Schelhase und führt weiter aus: „Das Wertvolle an Messen sind die 1:1 Gespräche. Hier lernen wir die Menschen gleich auf einer anderen Ebene kennen, erfahren mehr über ihre Situation, Wünsche und ihre Motivation. Diese Dialoge werden uns jetzt erstmal fehlen, da bis zum Herbst abgesehen von kleineren Veranstaltungen keine Messen anstehen.“

200 Unternehmen präsentierten auf über 8.000 qm rund 10.000 Job-, Aus- und Weiterbildungsangebote. Ob 20 oder 50 plus, Helfer oder Ingenieur – das Karriereevent hatte etwas für alle Altersklassen, Qualifikationen und Branchen zu bieten. Mehr als 7.500 Besucher durften sich über ein umfangreiches Rahmenprogramm mit Fachvorträgen und Firmenpräsentationen freuen oder konnten einen kostenlosen Bewerbungsmappen-Check in Anspruch nehmen.
