In der Projektleitung hat es einen Wechsel gegeben: Martin Vorhauer, der bereits in den Jahren 2009 bis 2012 ein ESF-Projekt erfolgreich geführt hat, leitete Quint an der Seite von Dr. Oliver Borszik seit Beginn 2022 – zusätzlich zur Leitung der Grone Wirtschaftsakademie seit 2008. Nun ist die langjährige Führungskraft in den wohlverdienten Ruhestand gegangen und hat seine Rollen als Oberhaupt der Grone Wirtschaftsakademie und als Leitung des ESF-Projektes an die Produktmanagerin Anne-May Mallinckrodt übergeben.
Seit Januar 2022 hat Anne-May Mallinckrodt als Produktmanagerin den Bereich Firmenschulungen, Inhouse-Seminare und Weiterbildungen für Erwachsene auf Bachelor- und Master-Niveau bei der Grone Wirtschaftsakademie gGmbH betreut. Vor ihrem Start beim Bildungsträger war sie jahrelang als Trainerin und Dozentin in der Erwachsenenbildung freiberuflich aktiv. Über die Zeit hat Anne-May Mallinckrodt vielfältige Erfahrungen auf den Gebieten der Personalleitung und Organisationsentwicklung gesammelt.
Zu ihrer neuen Aufgabe bei Quint sagt sie: „Ich freue mich sehr über diese spannende Herausforderung! Der Bedarf an motivierten Fachkräften ist hoch. Wenn man neue berufliche Wege gehen möchte, ist jetzt die richtige Zeit, um das Herz in die Hand zu nehmen und mutig etwas Neues zu wagen.“
